Gabriel Bové

Gabriel Bové is a Bahian singer and songwriter, and a member of Banda Terráquea, founded by his father, the North American musician Lon Bové. Growing up in a deeply multicultural environment, Gabriel was heavily shaped by blues, soul, rock, and R&B, alongside the vibrant musical diversity of Salvador.

As a vocalist for Terráquea, he performs a repertoire that fluidly traverses distinct styles while simultaneously developing his own solo songwriting career. In 2025, he released ‘Conde de Monte Santo,’ an original composition inspired by The Count of Monte Cristo, layered with profound reflections on inequality, artistic recognition, and the reality of creative life. Gabriel represents the new generation of Banda Terráquea, seamlessly weaving his father’s rich musical heritage with his own unique artistic identity.

With a distinct artistic voice and a strong focus on original songwriting, he is shaping the new generation of Banda Terráquea—seamlessly uniting musical heritage, experimentation, and a contemporary vision.
